The West always is fashionable than the east and there is no harm in westernizing.
Adoption or immitation doesnt make a huge difference to the Male segment.But it has a huge impact on the other.Lets take the dress code for an example.
The Europeans or the Americans are normally exposive and obviously denims and shorts are just a follow through of the west.Even the indian ladies look good wearing those denims and skirts etc etc.But how much?
Imitation is not always a success.Because the west has a dress code according to their climate and culture.More than that,they wear what suits them.Thats the simple reason why they keep changing their dressing according to the climate.Whereas the ladies over here just keep immitating with the basic preference being the looks.
How much does it look good on them is another point to be noted.
The West always has their style of living.They enjoy life in all possible manner.But the people over here simply forget that we also have our own enjoying life.The West drink to keep themselves warm and we over here keep drinking even when the temperature is 40 degree and plus.
The West wear the sleeveless and and mini's as an escapade from the heat during summer.But people over here wear it more often as a means of exposing.Infact there are many obvious things that are worth being immitated.
Say....the energy levels,punctuality,choice of nutritious foods,individuality,urge for knowledge,Open mindedness,Expressive communication and many more of the West are worth it.But none of them wants to immitate these.
The West always looks for something new.They are creative.They know what fits their bill.They find the life more artificial and hence they immitate the east for a better taste of life.Even when they wear a Indian dress,they make sure that it suits them.

The youth of the world,the new generation should wake up from the darkness to believe in only one religion - 'HUMANITY'.Religion is an inspiration,but we live in a world where even the sacred word - 'Religion' is misused for politics and power,misused to any possible extend,more or less to earn MONEY.
The Choice is yours.
Got over with the normal routine and started searching for the necessary documents.Had to do some circus to fetch those books which were lying high above me.
After a lazy exercise,i finally grabbed them.But instead of reading what i had to... my attention was driven to something else.
It was those stappled yellow scribblings which i had received during one interesting personal interaction session in my previous company.
We had few people coming from Hyderabad who were busy loading the importance of communication and personality deveolopment.I hate theory sessions.But there was interesting 15 minutes where everyone had to describe the rest.
I was one among the 42.And i had to write about all the 41 others.Oh yeah,i like commenting on others because i always do it from the bottom of my heart.Now, at the end of the session, each and every employee gets the feedback of the other 41 employees and therefore you get to know what exactly has in shelf for you.
I was thrilled coz i knew that i will be able to know more about myself.
Going through these papers was yet another nice experience.. A flash back and a reminder.

Oh.. thats all i recollect.But i was quite sad for not having a negative comment coz i always wanted to know the scope for improvement.Its basic tendency of human beings to just appreciate.But most of them were told from the heart.. and i can feel it... Haaa yeah... i remember the co-ordinator repeating time and again to be true at our comments.. So i can rely on them. Isnt it?

1) Amazing leader - He always had this habit of claiming him to be the best manager on earth.Yes,its really amazing to see a manager who doesnt know
anything about the technical aspect.He managed the show though he knew nothing and absolutely nothing about the product.
2) "I treat my employees like a baby" - For sure.He ate everyone's head to such an extend that he kept cribbing and made everyone feel that they are babies who dont seem to be aware of what they were doing.
3) Very matured - He had this strange ability to prove himself matured by calling everyone immatured.
4) Inspiration - He definitely is an inspiration to me. Why not.. Today he has left me high hopes in life coz if a dumbo like him can become a Manager.. then why not me??
5) A True Rebellion - The way he walked always reminded me a freedom fighter who became disabled after a war (Coz he cant walk properly)
6) Handling pressure - He is the MAN.I can withstand even the worst case scenarios because thats how he used to pressurize us.
7) Artificial Intelligence - How can i forget this unique quality of him trying to dig out info from each and every other person???
8) C.Y.A - "Cover your Ass" - the true slogan for this man.A punter in running away from trouble by laying the faults upon others.
9) Personally attached - He had this special part in him where he wanted to dig into the personal life of everyone in the team.
10) High skilled - Signs on behalf of the employees to claim the reimbursements even without their knowledge.
11) Always smiling - Back to point 10, though he used to sign it,he always used to have a smile on his face while letting us know that he has already taken the money on our behalf.
12) Determined - Determined to make others life in hell
13) Never give up - Though he knew that he is a fool, he never gave up to let anyone know that we really knew what he was worth of.
14) Strong like a wall - He never falls down even when the whole team is pointing fingers at him.
15) Never partial - Yes, everyone had a equal go during the appraisal as he made sure that everyone where given the same ranking - Grade 3.
16) Obedient - Over these period, i have not seen someone as obedient as him who used to always run behind his Superior like a watch dog saying.. Sir, Sir, Sir
17) Down to earth - He never saw himself as a manager (coz he knew that the employees knew the product better than him any time)

]]>My friend gave me a surprise call,resting at home coz the cabs couldnt leave him safe at office.That was interesting.It was even more interesting when he let me know the reason.It seems that there was heavy traffic jam due to the protests of Muslims against the offensive cartoon's of Prophet Mohammed.
I was shocked.I never knew that the issue was still revolving.I logged into my system to see another blog on the same issue.Just f*&$@ it.I still dont understand why even the educated people in the world are behaving foolish.
Now for time being lets forget what the truth is, what i mean is...
Lets just forget whether Prophet Muhammed is to be offended or not.
Lets also forget whether Muslims are terrorists or not.
Lets forget how good the Christians all over the world is.
Lets even forget whether those cartoons were right or not.
All i can assume is that money and education is just ruining people than creating any chance of PEACE. I dont understand why exactly are Christians
acting so funny.Why cant they bother about what they have to and make it a better world?
Denmark started it and the rest of the world followed.CULTURELESS,BRAINLESS,....what else are the words to define this blunder? Words are not enough.
I felt like rolling on the grounds when i read in a blog that Arab's are depending on the White's for their food.Its such a worthless statement.Instead of rolling such unrealistic statements why cant the world speak something sensible and gather for a world peace?
The question here is not who is right or wrong...but the question to be arised
is "Was there any need for this cartoons to be published?"
Islam seems to be flourishing in America and in the Europe.No wonder why.
At the end of the day all it matters is the innocent minds of the common man.
Americans fought against Iraq and Afghanistan.What was the outcome? Simple,
Americans lost a major portion of their wealth. Their economy was almost
destructed.What about those innocent soldiers who knew they were fighting for
nothing? Sometimes i really feel that the Americans are the real terrorists.
They are infact the only reason for any destruction of world peace and they
have a dummy England to follow.
The next target is Iran.How stupid is to fight against a small country and come
back victorious.Its more or else similiar to asking Australians to play a cricket series against Bangladesh.It just makes no sense.I sometimes feel that Americans are giving the world net practice session to improve in the battle field.
Why cant the major powers of the world use these money in something productive?
Never becoz its all politics.Religion is just made a scape goat to get the
attraction of the public.There is nothing better than this particular topic -
"Religion" which can enrage millions in seconds.
God gives money to an individual so that he realises the reality and help the
poors.And when the rich fails to recognise his responsibility, he would be
made liable at God's court.
Everything is taken for granted.No religion in the world preaches violence.
But Christians create this feeling about Christianity by adding petrol to the
fuel instead of seriously thinking about preaching the truth.Who cares?
Not just Christianity, its the same with Islam,Hinduism and any other religion.
Can anyone point out a Holy book which preaches violence? Impossible.
Then why complain a Community considering a group of people.
No religion appreciates Smoking,drinking,prostitution,divorce,drugs etc etc.. Why doesnt anyone speak about all these? Why cant Bush come in the front and fight for wellness of Ozone layer? Why cant he come in the front and speak about improving employment opportunities in the U.S itself. He wont.. becoz that aint gonna bring profit to his pocket.
The Days are gone where God used to wait for someone to die and reach upstairs
to be punished. Its home delivery. Human beings are punished immediately.Yet they dont realise the truth.
Bush had thousand tongues to complain about Osama and Iraq for the destruction
of World Trade Center. Whom can he pin point fingers for the Natural calamnities
in the U.S? What about those cyclones? What about the drop down in the economy?
Infact its the Superpowers who are depending on the developing countries to get
their job done.For example, Outsourcing jobs,Oil & Gas... and yet they call themselves superpower. Interesting.. isnt it?
The world will learn. The day will come when the at present DEVELOPING COUNTRIES and the minorities will be the superpower.Thats when the world will realise its mistakes!! Will they ? Thats doubtful too coz even then they might try blaming others.
